sun!!! take a look!!

The calender...OH!! "part1"

The calender we use today is the product of a great many centuries of patient study and of constant trial and error. When people first looked to heavenly bodies for a way to measure time, they observed that sun seemed to make constantly repeated journey in the heavens, always returning to the same place after many days. They also observed that the moon also followed a definite cycle.

Most ancients calenders were based on Moon cycles. these calenders were made to fits as best as they could within the larger framework of the sun cycle. There are 12 months in this calenders or also knows as 12 moon cycles.

The Egyptians were the first to base their calender on a year of 365 days, approximately the sun cycle. They also made the months purely arbitrary unit, not actual lunar cycle. The year was divided to 12 months of 30 days each. totaling 360 days.

Another seasonal sun calender was used in the antiquity was that of the Mayas of Mexico. Their invention probably goes back to the year 580 B.C, and it was the first seasonal and agricultural calender produced in America. The Mayan calender was arranged differently from that of the Egyptians. The Mayan solar year called a tun, had 18 months of 20 days each. It had a five-days unlucky period at its end to make 365 days. Each months has it own name and while the days are numbered from 0 to 19.

Dovetailed with the Mayan Sun calender was a religious year, sometime called a tzolkin. The tzolkinEach day had a name that was combined with the number 1 to 13 to count 260 days of tzolkin. contained 13 months of 20 days each.

So, what is really the word love means. It is just a word that express by a girl to her soul mates or just a play words to a guys.

Over seven centuries ago, Sa'di wrote:

The children of Adam are limbs of one body.
Having been created of one essence.
When the calamity of time afflicts one limb
The other limbs cannot remain at rest.
If you have no sympathy for the troubles of others
You are not worthy to be called by the name of "man."

For the problem that be crack the brain of old folks in community are also came from word love which force the parent to control even a single step of their daughter from being one of the community that same as prostitute also know as 'bohsia' in malay words. Is it what the love means here! However, the few give you a meaning of love that assume to be...

Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment In philosophical context, love is a virtuekindness, compassion, and affection. In some religious contexts, love is not just a virtue, but the basis for all being, as in the Christian phrase, "God is love" or Agape in the Canonical gospels.Love may also be described as actions towards others (or oneself) based on compassion.Or as actions towards others based on affection. representing all of human

In English, the word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my partner"). "Love" can also refer specifically to the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love, to the sexual love of eros (cf. Greek words for love), to the emotional closeness of familial love, or to the platonic love that defines friendship, to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love. This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.
Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

Science defines what could be understood as love as an evolved state of the survival instinct, primarily used to keep human beings together against menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species through reproduction.

They do not respond to personal demand from the student of any campus from any university. great leader are not born, they are made.....

World have seen a lot of great leader since the civilization. There are great leader like Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, and Caesar, Napoleon, and in Malaysia we can say that Tun.Dr.Mahathir as one of the great leader that change the landscape and prospect of Malaysia to the worldwide.
The leaders are not born to be leader be they choose to be leader.the characteristics that need by the person to be a leader are:

1. Trust & Respect

If you lead you don't need to be liked on a personal level (although most good leaders are)
You simply need to have the characteristics that make you trusted and respected in the leadership role that have assumed.

There is a key difference between generating respect and trust and being liked personally.
People don't have to like you to trust and respect you.
Many people who know nothing about leadership try to hard to be liked on a personal level and this leads to ineffective leadership as their goal of being liked interferes and weakens their role as leader.

2. Communication

Leading on from the above you need to be able to communicate with your team and treat them with respect, encourage and be firm when needed.

A good leader tries to get the best out of their team by being understanding them, inspiring them and rewarding effort. A good leader never rules by fear.
A good leader however needs to firm and stop anyone from upsetting the team reaching its ultimate goal and take swift decisive action when it does.

3. Enthusiastic

Good leaders always have the character trait of enthusiasm about getting the job done.
People will respect a person who shows hard work, passion and dedication.

Leaders are there to motivate and inspire and people will respond to these character traits.
Although the roles of a leader may be different, the leader is the leader of the team and the team will only get behind someone they see as "one of them" and able to muck in with the them.

4. Confidence.

If you are not confident you wont get anywhere as a leader.

Rock solid confidence in your ability is a must to inspire dedication, trust and hard work from your team.
Confidence should not be confused with arrogance.

Arrogance shows a non team player and will cause resentment.

Most great leaders have a combination of confidence and humility.

5. A Cool Head

When things are going wrong you look for a leader to take control of the situation.

They need to show confidence, but do so in a cool, calm collected manner with the aim to putting things right or getting the job done.

No matter what the situation a good leader never loses his cool and this is critical to maintaining team confidence when the chips are down.

6. Focus on Key Elements

A good leader thinks analytically and can view the overall goal or aim, but also break down the sub elements of what needs to be done to reach the goal.

They organize, prioritize and workout the smaller parts into a logical pattern to reach the ultimate goal in the best possible manner.

7. Motivation & Innovation

A good leader is always looking to improve and to innovate to get better results even when things are going well a true leader is looking to take himself and his team to the next level.

8. Improve Their Skills

Leading on from the above, a good leader will know they are not perfect (no one is) and they will be constantly trying to improve their skills and look at their past results no matter how good they were and see how they could have done better.

The above character traits are ones that all great leaders have and you can to if you dedicate yourself to becoming a leader - You never know you may even become a great one.

To be great leader we should have this characteristics in today lifestyle. All this characteristics are developed and polished by our self and it didn't born together with us. The environments around us would change us to make us suitable with it. If we want to be leader we have to choose to be leader and fill up the needs to be a leader. The great leader make their mind set before decide to be a leader because it would cost the lifetime responsible and consume the youthful life to be a great leader. If you want to be be leader just to make a show, than you would not be respected by your followers.Thinks twice before decide, because everyone here in this world are leader for either family, community or to country...just think about it.

Birth order trait ?????

"life is wonderful because we wonder what is next to be"
When a family is formed after a couple start their marriage life should be well educated about the problem facing by child in a family if we don't properly manage and spend our time with them. These problem that created among the sibling make the great disaster to the family in a future. The birth order make the child psychological disturbed and want to to overcome this problem.
To overcome this problem, the child would search for attention from the parent and others. How would he/she get the attention from us?
The answer is simple, by creating the problem to us or make bad thing, to make sure we at least make a contact them even though either by punishing them or scolding them.
Technically, a middle child is an individual who is born in between two or more siblings. Being born in between is a bigger problem than what we think. Before we cite the characteristics, let us take a brief view of the some birth order traits, here goes. The eldest child is the leader, often he has strong decisive qualities that allow him to make firm decisions. This may be due to the expectations and special attention given to him by his parents. The youngest child is often lax and confident, probably the loudest and sometimes spoiled because the parents have used up their energies disciplining the others. The youngest is not much pressured than the eldest but never the less, she is given the attention she deserves. The middle child is then left with the biggest problem, what role could he/she take in the family?

The middle one, unlike the others, is not given much attention. The following are just some characteristics that define middle children. Note that not all of them or maybe even none may be observed in a middle. The middle has low self-esteem. He needs support for anything he does, sometimes talents are wasted when he does not pursue his dreams. The middle has a feeling of emptiness. She is always lonely and is jealous of others. This is a very broad trait, since it affects every aspect of her life. She may be a little weird, unfriendly and even worse, psychotic because of this feeling of emptiness. The two traits mentioned above can interact differently with different personalities. For example, an introvert middle child may prove to be more depressed and lonely than the extrovert middle child. There are a lot of possibilities for middle children, but the results are mostly negative.
However, it cannot be denied that there is merit in the birth order theory. It is not unusual to find people who fit perfectly in each of the categories listed below. Many can match personalities with the birth order, especially from within their own families. Here are the general classifications in the birth order premise and if conditions are right, you just might see yourself or someone you know.

Only child – This child is always the center of attention and usually prefers it that way. Since they are never "dethroned", they are spoiled and can be self-centered. They miss out on the social skills learned by sibling interaction, so they may find it difficult to share or compromise. A great positive trait is that they can be very mature intellectually.

First Born – They are often given responsibility for younger siblings and may take on the role of a surrogate parent. Through this role they accept their position of leadership and the power that comes with it. Firstborns may become overachievers in order to set the example for younger siblings and meet the expectations of parents. They are also known to be authoritarian (or bossy according to their siblings). A great positive trait is that they can be very responsible and helpful.

Second Born – Independent and competitive, especially with the oldest sibling. Sibling rivalry may be initiated by second born as they struggle to identify their role in the family. Can be seen as a rebel, especially if they do not feel they are getting equal treatment with that of the first born. A great positive trait is that they can be very expressive and creative.

Middle Child – Independent but unlike second born, can be more congenial. They do not have the spotlight but often do not seek it (what’s the use?). They can be resigned in their position in the family even though they feel forgotten. The middle child syndrome can develop, especially in larger families. A great positive trait is that they can adapt and acquire very good social skills.

Last Born – Frequently spoiled by the entire family. Never “dethroned” and may be accustomed to always getting their way. They may be seen as irresponsible and a rule breaker. A great positive trait is that they can be very charming and adventurous.

DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD GIVE MONETARY INCENTIVES TO THE KP2 STUDENT TO MOTIVATE THEM TO GET BETTER GRADES IN FUTURE.

There are few trends among the student that contribute to the falling sequences in the study. The most common trend is having mate or falling in love in the university; it is not so bad actually. After all, we need an accompanied that help us in the study. However, we need to solve the problem in the relationship without any disturbances to the study.

From my opinions, they kp2 student should be given the incentives because it would encourage them to repeat the same result because there is no consequences from their action that is didn't study well during the last semester. The student should be responsible for their action and should be study more hard to get back their monetary incentives on the next semester. Otherwise, they wouldn't taught about study well and just make fun time during that semester and repeat the same result.

Most of parent doesn't knew their child performances in the university unless the management board of university inform about the result of academic to their parent. But it would consume a lot time and money to sent the letter to inform everything about the student to their respect parent. However, the monetary incentives cut should give lessons and shock at same time force the parent to gather information about the student situation from time to time. Thus, the good academic standing could be achieve by the student when there is parent observation even they are apart from them.

P/s: there is no good study hard if do not study smart!!!
